I was told by my builder you cant run this pressure plate with lock out clutchs , and that is why i wasnt able to ever fully pull the clutch lever all the way back . There is the item i will get pics of it on monday when i go to get my bike and parts . Asking a honest 150 shipped obo . wesw Posted July 16, 2006 Report Posted July 16, 2006 why wont they work in a lock up cause they stand out more?? i know you have to grind the stock tab in the stock clutch cover or they will grind into your plate. about 1/8 off them. hmm sounds like a pain. Quote

It's more like they don't stand out enough which makes the lock up sit flush against the pressure plate and does not allow the lock up weights to move. There are a few people around that say they have gotten it to work, but I would guess that they don't have a genuine Direct Drive lock up or they are retarded. Quote
