Idle's really low

Hey watsup guys. My shees got T5's, stock port, new pistons (.010 over), and a trinity 35mm single carb kit. It is iding extremely low. The little black screw on the side of the carb that raises and lowers the slide is all the way in to raise the idle but it is still really low. The pilot is a 52.5 and the air screw is 1.5 turns out.
