GTABurnout Posted March 23, 2006 Report Posted March 23, 2006 I have an 03 Banshee with reeds and FMF pipes I ride it only a Glamis. Mains are 290's pulls strong up top but the midrange sucks. Needle is at the middle clip. Where should the needle be and is there any thing else I can adj to get it right. Thanks Quote
ellison445 Posted March 23, 2006 Report Posted March 23, 2006 Any Backfiring or bogging?? What tires are you running and whats your gearing? Might not be your needles Quote
23champ Posted March 23, 2006 Report Posted March 23, 2006 I had the same problem with my FMF's. The only thing that cured mine was the dynojet jet kit. Even with that, I still had to put the needle on the richest setting. Quote
theeechozen1 Posted March 26, 2006 Report Posted March 26, 2006 try moving the clip down (needle up) a spot and see if that smooths it out, FMFs like a rich needle Quote
