new +4mm stroker

Any Idea where to start? Just got the motor back . I'm at 1200' here in Phoenix.

 

+4mm L.R. Stroker ported by Black Widow Motorsports, Shearer in-frames drag pipes, 35mm PWK's w/Adjustable main jets, K&N filters, V-Force reeds, Stage 4 manifolds, Cool Head w/ 18cc Noss stroker domes, Wiesco's, trued and welded Hot Rod crank,Dynatek Ignition, Billet Clutch basket.
