I need help asap so i can make the hq ride, im lost on what to do, in the pics, you can see where it was rubbin and part of something slipped out of the carrier, did a bearing lock up?,

I'll have a better idea after today when I pull out my stock axle. But my guess is you trashed the bearings, then the slop allowed the sprocket hub to rub the swingarm.

I am repairing that excact problem on my 01' Bnashee same side but I can't get the axle out. Did you have a hard time taking your axle out because of the messed up bearing

Thanks, I tried to hit the axle out using a piece of pipe over the hub with a sledge hammer but no success. I will do what you said. What year is your bike and did you ever service the bearings? I have an 01' and I never serviced them. Thanks for the help. Weird we had the exact same problem
