He will send you a MO or a check over the amount and have you send part of the money somewhere else. He will then back out of the sale and tell you to keep the extra money that wasn't sent out as a fee for your trouble. Next thing you know it wasn't a good MO or check and your in the hole for the entire amount. Use your head and mess with this guy hard. May check around and see if there's is any agencies that take care of frauds like this. Good luck and keep us posted.
