ELMER Posted March 12, 2006 Report Posted March 12, 2006 he i bought my son a kx85 its only ran approx. 2 hours only half tank of gas..its got a noise sounds like it needs valves ran...lol but there is none.... what could it be? Quote

810darren Posted March 12, 2006 Report Posted March 12, 2006 was it doing it before. both my cr 250 and 125 make a noise like you may be describing i bilieve it is the water pump impellar.i dont have the 250 any more.but it was like that when bought new.never had any problems.probably normal your local dealer could tell you if he heard it run my 2 cents. ELMER Posted March 12, 2006 Author Report Posted March 12, 2006 yes it is new and yes it was there the first time it was fired up,,,it just seems alittle louder now,,,,it runs like it did the first time i fired it up..so is it nothing to worry about? Quote
