I just picked up a 68mm cub 4mm stroker setup and i was wandering if anyone could help me out with the jetting. I have a set of 35mm pwk carbs that currently have 68 pilots 160 mains and dgk needles. i have 19 cc domes and will be running it at sea level on 110 octan race fuel. I also have delta force 2 reeds.

One other question i had is how do you properly torque down the cylinders since there is no room for a torque wrench on the front studs? Do i just use a reguler wrench and go by feel?

Thanks for the help

I would start somewhere around 50-55 on the pilot, 160-165 on the main, CEL needle mid clip. As far as the front nuts, I had to take the round end of a box wrench and grind the out side down enough for it to slide over the nut. Then all you can do is torque by feel.

i would go 60 pilot, 5th clip on that needle adn 150 mains and see how it acts.

depends on your elevation.

you should look into getting a dek needle thats why they have such a huge pilot in there. g series is longer and little leaner.
