Hollister_Hitman Posted February 18, 2006 Report Posted February 18, 2006 (edited) If I put some douglass rims on my banshee but only in the front and it will add an extra 1" on each side will it handle awkward since i am doing nothing to the back? Also what about +2 +1 A-arms on my banshee without touching the back? Edited February 18, 2006 by Hollister_Hitman Quote
crazywheelerman365 Posted February 18, 2006 Report Posted February 18, 2006 If you wanna save a few bucks just flip the front wheels around ! you'll have to have the original vlave plugged and they'll drill and put a new one on the other side , just do the same on the back only you dont have to move the valves Unlees you got the money and its burnin a hole in your pocket .. Works great , hope this helps.. Quote
Hollister_Hitman Posted February 18, 2006 Author Report Posted February 18, 2006 I was going to use my old rims for paddle tires and buy some douglass rims for the front and rear eventually but i was going to buy the front douglass rims first is it ok to just have the douglass rims in the front or will it ride weird? 2003LimitedBanshee Posted February 18, 2006 Report Posted February 18, 2006 I can't think why it would cause it to handle akwardly. However, my personal preference would be to (this is what I did) pick up some rears and paddles, and leave the front stock for now. For riding in the sand I think you'll find that you do a great deal of the turning with your right thumb and body position. Just my personal $.02 preference. Quote
