87 shee whats it worth

i have this guy whos trying to tell me his bashee is worth 2000 so i took it apart to see what s wrong with it and this is what i found

-bald front tires bent rims

-cracked swing arm ,welded once already

-a bad a-arm conversion have to cut off and reweld

-bent 1 side rear sub frame

-broken engine cases were the chain goes

-crack were the cdi box is

-bent were the head light goes

-bent steering stem

-honda interseptor chain adjustors

-missing left side motor mount

-new chain cut to short no play with it adjust right to the front

-hacked wiring harness no switches or lights

-fr shock leaking back shock beat up bad

-no rear plastics

-no ownership or title

-seat ripped

-ripped intake boots

i offered him 400 bucs and he said a mech.said it was worth about 2000 the way it sits is it me or is this guy biached in the head ,i charged the guy 250 buc for disasembly and reassembly of the quad to see what was wrong with it no he doesnt want to pay me for my time ,

yes he did ,he says it ran before i got it ,but he said he was driving it and it just died and got it towed home ,the wiring had more splices in it then a loaf of bread

the guy is a dumbass

 

$400 is the right price!

 

and that might be a bit high being it needs so much work. Dam near everything needs something done to it.

 

plus it has no title, unless your in a state that don't issue them that's a flag that something ain't right like it's stolen. But if it checks out not to be then no biggie just get a frame off here or ebay with a title, title follows frame
