mattw204 Posted November 21, 2005 Report Posted November 21, 2005 which one would be better for a mid-top pipe.....which has more power on a dyno such...........tell me all that you know Quote
decon Posted November 21, 2005 Report Posted November 21, 2005 shearer has more over-rev but a lightswitch powerband, that's why they are best for dragging.. cpi's fall off a tad sooner than the shearer but have a better overall powerband. Quote
race-a-holic Posted November 21, 2005 Report Posted November 21, 2005 With my banshee,I had shearer in-frames,alcohol carbs.,and porting. To me it was plenty rideable.Good mid to top end.I liked them.I might be making a mistake, but I'm fixing to try a set of CPI out of frames for next year.Just want to see what they are like.I have seen some very fast 350's with CPI's.
