taldoc3 Posted September 28, 2005 Report Posted September 28, 2005 I bought my shee about 8 months ago, was ready to make it faster so instead of asking ?'s and then i did not know about this site, i just started buying stuff without looking into the future, right now i have fmf fattys with pc2 silecers, but this winter i want to get it ported and bored 30 over i was wondering if this would be enoug pipe, i like to drag, but also like to ride trails and roost a few dunes, do not want an all out drag bike, I bought another for that just started working on that one Quote
ellison445 Posted September 28, 2005 Report Posted September 28, 2005 Port job will make you faster, But boring 30 over isnt going to do anything. I wouldnt bore it unless you have too. As far as the pipes go, I know guys running ported strokers with FMF fatties, so you should be fine. If you decide to change pipe, t-5s would be a great choice for your type of ridding. Quote

I tried some top end pipes and they are great if you always want to have it screaming. I kept the Fatty's though because you can do anything with them. Top end pipes aren't very friendlly in the tight trails. Quote
