Elmer- your main jet does not effect your bottem end (banshee's dont have much in the first place). First off, when your tuning your carbs start out with a clean airfilter. Try a 320 mains and if it craps out at WOT (if not try 330's) put the 310's back in with the stock pilots. Then dial in your airscrews and you will be set!

When you put in bigger jets, more gas is going to flow threw them. Can you give us some detail on where it is sputtering (before powerband, at the first part of the powerband) ? Where is it boging? 1/2-3/4? 3/4-WOT?
