You can do a search for gearing and find lots of long threads about this debate. The 15 will spread the gears, allow for more traction and make it more enjoyable to ride. Not to mention a little faster in the drags... Quote

I have a shee with k&n air filter, no air box lid, and boyesen reeds, how much top end speed would i gain and would it bog at all with a 15 tooth? a 16 tooth? I just want to get more use of my gears, it seems when i go down the road, the gearing is too low to make use of the power. Quote
