marleyjoeb Posted May 8, 2005 Report Posted May 8, 2005 OK - i am new to the banshee - i just picked up an '02 banshee yesterday that is in perfect shape - but, it is not running right - it has sat for 3 years in a heated garage - it is hard to start - barely idles if at all, best when choke is ON . when i get it going, if i really get on it, bot cylinders fire and the power is strong - but if i let of, or try to slow to below powerband it bogs, then dies, maybe a backfire first - any great ideas as to a remedy? one last thing, when i tested it,, he said the gas was old, so i drained the gas, put in fresh mixed at 32:1 - PLEASE HELP - really want to ride it! jOEb in CT - Quote
