PolyKarbon Posted April 16, 2005 Report Posted April 16, 2005 Ok, my bike ran perfectly, then I put on a noss head with 21cc domes. I put it back together perfectly and now it doesn't idle. Put in fresh gas and new plugs, same problem. I know everyone might say its a jetting or carb problem, but NOTHING has changed on them. Basically it worked one day and not the next and I didnt even ride it. It fires up on 1 kick and it runs fine if you hold the trottle like half way in. Its like the first half of the throttle doesnt exist. When you let off the gas, it just dies, no sputtering. So WTF could be the problem? Please help, thanks! Quote

JARE77 Posted April 16, 2005 Report Posted April 16, 2005 The switch thingy is probably just a bad connection somewhere along the line. And did you check your pilots to see if they were the slightest bit dirty cause that can play a big role in trying to dial your bike in perfectly. What happens when you adjust your idle screws? Do you still have your T.O.R.S installed? Quote
boonman Posted April 16, 2005 Report Posted April 16, 2005 I am thinking the TORS is messed up, if it's still on the bike. otherwise, you unplugged something while doing the head change. Or perhaps bumped a connection? Quote
