itsjustagreat1 Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 How can you tell if you have a bad spark plug cap? Had my bike on the dyno and had an electrical prob at very high Rpm's. I checked wiring connections and plugs and they were good. I changed the coil and that helped, but I reused the plug caps. Can they go bad like that? THey are tight on the plugs. Any thoughts? Quote
zilladude Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 (edited) The resistors in the stock caps can fail. You can measure the resistance in the cap. Edited March 16, 2005 by zilladude Quote
