You could buy one from RMATV or any shop but they're still a pain to use.  You're better off getting a punch or a screwdriver and just tapping them with a hammer.

Just use what I do, get a  BIG pair of Channel lock pliers. and hold on real tight..

thats deffinately the fast way to do it. but tighten it down like matt and mike said, hammer and punch.
