04limited Posted February 6, 2005 Report Share Posted February 6, 2005 What do you guys think the best tires out there for maxium traction for ice racing, with factors considering Durability with ice racing screws installed. the one I seen was a C826 Cheng Shin Ice Tire which looked like it should work pretty well. FORMULASPEED Posted February 6, 2005 Report Share Posted February 6, 2005 (edited) Its the Chyn Chyn thats more flatter on the width (maybe that pic is screwy). Use Kold Kutters an not nock offs. Aligning the SLIT left to right is forward bite and aligning slit vertical is side bite. Side bite used on your front tires. Foward bite used in the rear tires leaving some outer rows for side bite.
