You can get a set that's cracked around the chain but not leaking for around $140 or so. If all you're gonna do is swap out cases its a pretty fast job. Should be able to do it in under a week. Thing is...as long as you're in there you might want to do a few mods. Quote

It is the electronic system controls the throttle when your slides stick open....The big things on top of your Carbs... in other words more trouble then it is worth... you remove it by getting a TORS removal kit for the Carbs and that should come with an idle screw that you have to install not to difficult to do but pay attention to detail when you do it... I am sure some one on here can go through exact actions to remove it step by step but I havnt done it yet so I dont know all the steps, mine came with it removed.... Quote
