2004LEBanshee Posted December 7, 2004 Report Posted December 7, 2004 I had to rebuild the rear break caliper a few months ago and I took the bolt out that holds that caliper in place to the metal plate. It is round and takes an allen wrench to tighten it. It go's on top of the caliper. Does anyone have this bolt or where can I get one. I cant find it on the yamaha microfilm. WIth out it my caliper flops around. Quote
ledofthezep Posted December 7, 2004 Report Posted December 7, 2004 Dunno, you may check your local hardware store. Quote
2004LEBanshee Posted December 7, 2004 Author Report Posted December 7, 2004 I dont think theyd have one. where the allen head is, the bolt is smooth and round for a 1-2" where it goes through the caliper and the dam rubber boot or bushing. Quote
sheefreak Posted December 7, 2004 Report Posted December 7, 2004 Check any website that sells oem yamaha parts, they break down each part cluster and you buy just what you need. Quote
DUNEDEMON Posted December 7, 2004 Report Posted December 7, 2004 Standard 8x125 metrric allen head with a shoulder if I recall, take out your old one and go to you local hardware store and match it up, simple. Quote
