wtf does this mean? no sparkplug gap

Just pulled the plugs to check them because it wont start, One plug has the metal pushed down so there is no gap between the plug and the little hook thing

First make sure it is the correct plug length. If it is then it could prolly be a number of things. Possible debree though I doubt that it would just smash it againt the electrode perfectly, could be warn big rod bearings or dislodged center pin, or warn pin bearings. I'm not sure what all else could cause this but it is pretty serious matter.

My dome came loose so it came closer to the piston, how do i make the dome stick in the head without coming loose?
