RM250 wont start

duno where to post this but anyway maybe u's can help lol

 

i got a 98 RM250 that i can not get started now it is very hard to kick and a bit of gas pours out of one of the hoses when i kick it it ran great the day i bought it and i have not even used the gas tha twas in it, also has new plugs etc etc

 

any help or ideas would be great

If you're sure there is good spark...try draining the carb float bowl & put in a fresh plug. If that works...when you're done riding turn your gas off & let it run itself out of gas.

the same thing happened to me w/ my banshee. the float bowl on the bootom of the crab is stuck open. just take a screwdriver and hit the outside(LIGHTLY) of the float bowl with the handle of the screwdriver. this should fix it. its what i did and it worked fine.
