UIS Posted September 30, 2004 Report Posted September 30, 2004 I recently installed a new clutch boss in my bike but i think i did something wrong. Every time i put the bike in neutral i roll it but it acts as if it were in gear. and when i tried to run it. it was as if it were locked up. Has this happened to anyone? Anything will help. Thaks! ledofthezep Posted September 30, 2004 Report Posted September 30, 2004 Sounds like you're waaay out of adjustment. Do you have a clymers manual? If not, I'd highly suggest making that pricesless investment...it will help you tremendously. Did you adjust the clutch so the rod & ball have some free-play? Pressure plate installed correctly?
