a while back i was looking through a sandcar publication and came up across an adfor King racing shocks, and it the ad it said what they make shocks for and ATV's were on that list. Anyone who has ever ridden in a car with kings on it know that they are the Shit! so im wondering has anyone ever seen these things in action before. ive never seen them in any mags, or even on King's website. so im wondering where i can look at some.

thanx, cole.

Does King make shocks for quads? Fox makes some pretty damn nice offroad shocks for trucks and desert cars. Haven't tried or heard much about their new atv shocks.

thats what i thought i read somewhere. maybe i was hallucinating

I can tell you, I didn't photoshop those pics ;) . I was suprised too when I found it.

But, if you notice, they are gullwing style. I think it's around 14" of travel... freakin crazy.

thats what those socal a-arms are 14", but they are using TCS shocks.

Those are not TCS, they are Kings, King can / will build anything you want.

He's talking about a pic that was on the socal fab website. They have a banshee with their a-arms and tcs shocks pictured.

Yes, they can make shocks for pretty much any application. They're custom, they'll set them up for your riding style, weight...basically just like any other shock manufacturer that's worth a hoot. I was going to look into them for some custom arms I was supposed to have built around a while back. If I remember correctly, for a 19" shock it was going to be around 1g or so... I'm going to be running fox shocks on my buggy when I convert it to a mid-travel rail. Here's a pic of some FOX shocks on a rail, on some arms he built...my builder/buddy uses them on all of his applications.

They work nicely...he's running no-rezzies at this time on his buggy though.
