nickxc Posted September 14, 2004 Report Posted September 14, 2004 I had a set of UMI racing handle bars on my shee and I came over a hill hard and landed and broke them off at the clamp. I emailed them that day at around 3 pm and they got back to me that day. said send them the bars and they will send me new ones. It only took about a week from the time they left my house to get my new ones. no questions asked. My old ones where all scratched and had a little bend to em allready and they just sent me a brand new set. highly recommended Quote
