United Pot Smoker Posted September 6, 2004 Report Posted September 6, 2004 i just finnished putting my bike back together after about 2 months. i now have a CV 34mm carb lightend fly wheel, and shaved head. and now i can flip over backwards no problem. before i had to use the clutch to flip over. those stock carbs are junk, thats for sure. you only need one carb and 2 pipes anyways. i thought rebuilding the engine was hard. now i cant even hold on, its spinning though the gears like a raped ape on crank. i couldnt be more happy with it now. it was getting old just looking at the engine in peices on the bench. its was worth the wait thats for sure. i tryed to do a WOT test to check the plugs and i couldnt even get fast enough. i was actually skeeard . thing takes off like a fart in a wind storm. where do you guys go to do the WOT, to test your jetting? i think i would have to go to like a drag strip or somthin. im gonna go sit on it now and maybe even start it up.
