Rickycali23
Ok this is whats up.... 3 weeks ago my friends banshee took a s***..the piston broke and messed up the the crank... it was all replace and fixed by alba... today we got it back and we went riding... we realized it wasnt running good.. now the left exhaust is throwing gas all the way back to the silencer... so we looked at the left carb and found that the rubber seal that attaches to the air manifold was only half on.. so we adjusted it,,but it still runs like crap.. is the carb jets now clogged from dirt getting in them?????? or does the carb have to be replaced???? or is it the cylinder???????? QuadMX
You may want to take the carb apart and give it a thorough cleaning. Is the left side firing right? Maybe try new plugs too.
sredish
Why don't you run it back over to Alba and tell them to fix that shit.
mrmatt
Why don't you run it back over to Alba and tell them to fix that shit. I agree. If they didn't install the intake boot properly, then it may have let dirt get into the engine, but it would be on the air side, not the fuel side. So this shouldn't result in a clogged jet. Let Alba figure it out, for free.
