Slight Problem

Just having a slight problem when starting my bike, when its cold I can kick it over and it will spark and start.

But if I have been riding then I stop for a minute or something, then go to kick it over it wont fire up.

I check for spark and nothing.

Funny thing is though it will still crash start very easily every time I try weather it be hot or cold.

 

Any one else ever have this problem before? or any ideas? I am starting to get sick of having to stop at the top of hills every time.
