I have an 01 shee with fmf fattys,power core2 k\n and cut air box.

I will be @ 4000 ft what sould I run on the jets?

The bike is stock other wise.

Here's mine:

Fatty's, K&N, No lid, 2500-3000ft, V-Force, 300-320 Mains, stock needle in the middle, 27.5pilots, air screw 2 - 2.5 turns out.

On my screen, the left one is beating his head faster than the right one.

 

Your main jets should be between 280 and 300, needle in the 3rd/middle clip and either a 27.5 or 25 pilot, don't really know, I'd try it with the 25 to see how shee runs and then switch if need be.
