Adamshee Posted June 19, 2004 Report Posted June 19, 2004 Ok, if anyone has these carbs they know that the throttle cables are a BIATCH to put back in once theyve been taken out. Well if you get two small zip-ties and scruntch up the slide spring and zip tie it together, the zip ties make it so it barely fits around the spring flange thing on the top, so you can stick it on there and it will stay put. No more forcing springs down! then just put the throttle keeper around the cable, slide the cable in, and get a pair of snippers and cut the zip-ties, the spring will pop right into place! Someones probably figured this out before, but i thought it was cool............... Quote
