J..J. Posted June 19, 2004 Report Posted June 19, 2004 Not if you do it correctly, bend open the locking tabs on the 2 bolts, unscrew them and pull the caliper off the disc. NO need to Remove the hose. Once you have the caliper off the disc it will be obvious how to remove the pads. Be sure not to mess up the pad spring and DO lightly grease the pins. To fit the new pads, you'll have to force the caliper piston back into the caliper to make room for the new pads. It's pretty simple really. Make sure the parking brake isn't activated. Quote
