DUNEDEMON Posted May 25, 2004 Report Posted May 25, 2004 Thought I'd make you guys aware of a company that is NOT afraid to stand behind its products 100%. Last year I got a "Banshee Pack" from UPP Racing (polyuerethane chain slider / upper and lower chain rollers / rear chain guide) all of which were a snap to install and worked great. Well last week I went to install my new swing arm and noticed what I thought to be some accelerated wear on the slider, so I contacted UPP spoke with "Bill" explained what had happened and he said " No problem I'll send you out a new pack just please send me back the old slider" mind you I only needed the slider, and he is sending the complete package - no questions asked! UPP is awesome, and you can also call and haggle about prices and they'll give ya a little discount, just don't waste your breath on fullbore prices they won't budge. Quote
