Re Jette Or Not

i have tr6 pipes and a pro design air filter

 

the tr6 pipes came with these little 1" air holes thing to put into the air box and there is 12 of them to put in

 

when every thing was installed in the air box and the pipes

the local atv shop jetted the atv with that air intake and what not

 

so my question is that if i put tape over the air hole things so i can go in water and mud just for a day or two do i have to rejette
