Starscream Posted May 14, 2004 Report Posted May 14, 2004 i was at St anthonies a couple of months ago riding with some friends. i was in 4th gear or so riding along this ridge jump off a lip which would have been fine except for the washout. it was about 5 feet from the edge of the lip to the edge of the washout, i hit it with my front tires do a complete forwards flip in the air land on my front tires and i must of hit the front brakes because i get thrown over the handle bars and land about 15 feet in front of the shee, which lands on its tires. i managed to crack the face guard on my helmet, bloody both my nostrils, dislocate my thumb, which still hurts and bent the spring on the flag, which is a firestick flag with a pretty heavy duty spring, the flag pole was sticking straight out the back of the bike and was parallel to the ground. wrist hurt and got pretty swollen, but dint break anything toughed it out the rest of the weekend a rode. i love sand Quote
