Heck you could hardly fit 30 100 bills in a normal wallet. #2 why the hell would he be looking at it at a hospital with witness's if he is a thief. #3 I'm sure it is quite routine for a cop to take a wallet out of a victims pocket (think about it!!! How THE HELL ARE THEY GONNA KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!). Fumbling through a wallet would probably be normal if you are F'd up from an accident. Total BS. I just love how our country loves the courtroom. Just like if we stop a car that has $50,000 cash in the trunk. They are gonna say that they won it at a casino or something. BUT, they would have a good paper trail from the casino, like receipts and such. They are giving that up without a question. It comes back with us and gets turned in. After we take our share of it... Your saying that if I took 50k out of my savings account to buy a house, and threw the bank receipt out, and got stopped for a speeding ticket on the way to the real estate agent, you would seize it? You would't get it without a fight which I would probably because you would get your head blown offt with the 9mm under my seat.
