I bought and payed for a water impeller and engine ice at least 30 days ago. i haven't recieved either one, and he neglects to respond to im's or emails. Hopefully he will resond to this. After the 3 week i contact paypal and its either the merchandise shows up or the $$ gets refunded Quote
