well i have had a problem fouling plugs latly and im wondering what is the best ratio to mix the oil into the gas, i have been doing 32:1 with yamalube. what do you all recomend me mixing at? thanks, jayare

i use yamalube because i get it for free, and i dont feel like paying for some other oil whan i can get this for free. i just need to find what i need to mix the yamalube at. thanks, i would ams 2000 if i dident get yamalube for free. jayare

i only get it for free bacause my like 2cd dad works for yamaha, how much is the amsoil for a gallon, and what kind should i get?, id say i will stick with yamalube. i ran it in my blaster for along time befor i sold it. thanks all, jayare

I run the Yamalube R at 36:1 with no fouling problems, no carbon buildup on the piston dome or the head either. It had a good amount of oil film on the cylinder walls, piston and head domes. Smokes a lot on start up but who doesn't.

that is a good oil at a good ratio, thin out your mains and do a plug check to see where your at.

I used to run Yamalube at 40:1. Now I run Amsoil 80:1.

Amsoil 100:1 is only $2.50 to mix 5 gallons at 80:1 or 100:1 for 6 gallons.
