Tires For Sand Race

Hi, the next 7 and 8 of feb we have a race called El Enduro del Verano

It wil be my first race.

 

My tires needs a change, so I start looking.

Someone said that the ohtsu that came with the 400ex are very good. 60u$s

 

 

One friend find the Turf Tamers at a shop, not so expensives. 54u$s

 

Please check this link and tell me wat to buy...

How about the new desert tire skat-trak came out with. I don't know what they are called. I looked on the skat-trak web page and didn't see them. I seen them in a rockymountain atv catalog. It's not on their web site either though.

 

The 400 ex tires do work good in some sand.

Hey! I'm in Argentina! =( I don't think I can find that tires here...

I had those tires in my blaster.

When you are stoped, and try to start rolling... these tires (don't know how to say it...) go down, they stuck. I got to go off my banshee, move the back, and try to start jumping on my banshee..

If you got the Turf Tamers you could groove them across the tire in rows & they may work out quite well. But hell, the EX tires will work, just deflate them a bit for a bit better bite in loose sand.
