Jetting 421 Serval

Hey guys I have a question about jetting. I just recently put together my 421 serval. 

I have 35 PWK 
Shearer pipes small bore
22 CC domes pump gas
150 to 155 psi compression 
CEL needle in the middle 

+5 timing

32:1
I’m at sea level (Florida)

Right now I’m running 58 pilot 158 Main.air screw 1.5 turns out. Idle at 5

I had 55s (1 turn out )in there before but I experienced a small stutter from bottom to med so I figured it wasn’t getting enough gas so I went up on the pilot 

The stutter has went away, but I’m still getting in slow on the power band.
 Do you guys have any suggestions on jetting? I would attempt to do plug chops but my front end is wobbling really bad. That’s a problem for another day lol. But before I take it out again. I want to get it at a good starting point.

Pilot sounds fat, On redline 421 serval with same mods on pump 93 im at 42-45P and 152-158M depending on temps.
