I told him with the Pipe, and K&n he is probably around 40hp? My z400 is probably around 30 (stock) I just ordered a k&n and that should help me a little then im gonna order a slip-on pipe. I know his banshee is faster but im just wondering what kinda hp he has cause he isnt much faster. Quote

I know his banshee is faster but im just wondering what kinda hp he has cause he isnt much faster. From what I've read in various magazines, the stock horsepower is either 39 or 41. As soon as you put pipes and an after market air cleaner I THINK you gain about 15% of what you had. So around 6hp or so. Depends really. He could be as much as 50 depending on altitude, head mods, timing advance ect. I wouldn't say more than 50 with just a pipe and air cleaner though. Quote
