Thorottle sticking

Sorry for the length of this post but I need help!!!

I have a 2002 Banshee that i am having thorottle sticking issues.

I have had the bike for a couple years now and rode for several months eithout issue.

One day was playing in the yard cutting donuts and thorottle stuck wide open.

After inspection found cable was routed wrong and revved engine when turning handlebars a certian direction, easy fix, right.

Rerouted cable and all was fine for a while, was riding in the woods and it done it again while moving straight.

Ordered new cable checked slides installed and again done fine for a while then fone it again.

At this time i said heck with it and bought a new set of keihn 28mm flatslide carbs another new cable (motionpro) and it still does it everyone in a while.

Seems to be more of a slide issue than cable or cable routing.

Could this be a vacuum issue inside slide housing? Reeds?, etc etc.

Got to where i hate to ride it for this reason.

Here is a list of mods to the bike

Pro design airfilter instake

Uni airfilter with factory drilled lid

Cool head with 23cc chambers

Toomey t5 exhaust

Mac daddy trail ported cylinders

Stock crank

Stock thumb thorottle

Boost bottle

Pyrimid reeds

Any help or info would be appreciated. Thanks

Also i run 93 octane pump gas with klotz benol premix at 32.1 ratio
