Hey everyone 

i want to try to register it in ma and eventually maine but my dad bought the shee for me years ago an in 2013 he passed away the bill of sale is in his name 

now what would i do to get it in my name so i can py sales tax an register it up??

Go to DMV with bill of sale n death certificate and they should hook you up no problem. 

Make yourself a fake bill of sale dated two years ago or better. After a certain amount of time has elapsed and it's been in your possession they don't hassle you

Ok thanks was thinking on having my mom sign a bill of sale saying I bought it from here for cheap so i dont have to pay much in sales tax if thats how it works
