Need help.

I've had my bike for a couple of years now.. I brought the bike from a shop and he told me it was a 4mil and all it needed was new carbs to run correctly. Well I've gotten the carbs but I never got them jetted.

I ended up seizing the bike. I put wd40 in the spark plug hole and the engine unseized and crank right up(discovered head gasket blew). I took the top end apart and one of the pistons is way darker than the other(1 problem).

So here's what I need help with the pistons are 66mm and the cylinder is bored(few scratches from piston seize). I'm wondering if I buy a new 370cc kit will the crank work with this kit.. and what domes will I need for a cool head? Or should I just reuse the cylinder and buy new pistons?
