Banshee running like crap

Have a 2001 banshee that I rode all day Saturday, ran great no issues all day, took it him and cleaned it up, then started it let it warm up for a moment and took it down my driveway and it ran like crap, popping and cracking, hesitation when hitting the throttle, almost acts like choke is on

tors is deleted, took carbs off and cleaned and synced but still runs the same, like crap

Cleaned it up with a hose? Take the stator cover off see if any water got in there
