They are 18-paddle stagger-cut and about 69.5 roll out with 4 psi. In very good condition. If the 18-paddle is too much paddle for you, I can cut them to have less paddle. I work for a tire company and have access to the tools necessary to do it. Here are some options for paddle quantity.
