JTQuad Posted November 26, 2003 Report Posted November 26, 2003 Does anyone know the size as in +1 or 2" of thre Roll Design Steering Stem? Thanks - JT Quote
tats4life Posted November 26, 2003 Report Posted November 26, 2003 they have about six different sizes. i think -1, stock, +1, +1 1/4, +2, +2 1/2..... not positive. I've always run +1 1/4. Quote
boonman Posted November 26, 2003 Report Posted November 26, 2003 I am not sure of the roll design stem, but i am running a +3 stem on my bike. not roll design. It is a Freak Suspensions stem... I am also running a 2" forward attachment on there as well... I am also running a IMS tank. Here are some pics with a stock tank... Quote
JTQuad Posted November 26, 2003 Author Report Posted November 26, 2003 How much did that stem run? thanks - JT Quote
boonman Posted November 26, 2003 Report Posted November 26, 2003 Didn't cost me $$$. Not a damn thing. I grabbed some scrap steel I had laying around, fired up the vertical mill, and whipped the parts out. I also used the Lathe to make the lower portion...I then fired up the Miller TIG welder, and went to town. What you see is what I came up with...... Oh, and I own Freak Suspensions.... Quote
