ryguy27 Posted November 1, 2014 Report Posted November 1, 2014 I just removed my fatty pipes for cleaning and after pulling the springs and removing I did not find an o ring to seal them to the motor, is this normal? Also the left pipe when I turned it over had a good bit of black oil that came pouring out? Anything I should be concerned with? Thanks Quote
chuck81673 Posted November 1, 2014 Report Posted November 1, 2014 There are suppose to be two o-rings per expansion chamber. They are either missing or are dry cracked, thats why oil is coming out. You can get replacements through FMF. Quote

Just bought this and haven't rode it much need to do a few things first. Previous owner said he was running 50:1. I'm planning on running 40:1 , possibly the jetting causing the oil in pipe? Quote
