TeamRealtreeHD
Any advantages over stock? Looking at either polishing the stock one or getting the Chariot. I like the feel of the stock throttle but am curious about the Chariot. Thanks for any input fellas
chuck81673
I just bought one of these in the beginning of the month. Up until this year, I never had a problem with my finger getting sore. I have a 421 Serval with Keihin 35's. In my first couple trips out this year, my thumb kept cramping up within a couple of hours. I did some searching on this form and the Chariot and Honda throttles were both recommended. I was up in PA at a friends house last weekend and rode over 200 miles in three days and by the end of the day on Sunday, it started bothering me. It was well worth the money and I would recommend it. I bought it for its functionality not for the craftsmanship, but its a top notch piece. It has a shorter throw than stock, it is adjustable, and the design of the lever positions it in the right spot. Also, the customer service was excellent. I purchased the one with the more expensive chrome cap instead of the anodized one. I emailed Jerry and within an hour, he refunded my money.
