WTB Lower Steering Stem Bearing Holder

As the title states looking for the lower steering stem "bearing holder", it's number 22 in the pic, I have the new bearing and seals but forgot I need one of these too. I know they're pretty cheap new but you tack on shipping and it's almost not worth it, I already have everything I need so I'm trying to avoid ordering just this one lone part, so thought I'd see if anyone had one laying around before I go that route.
